Stockroom Livingroom
Join us at Stockroom to celebrate Silver Sunday – a national day of activity and connection dedicated to older people and their families.
Home Run Soul Club will be our Living Room all day, playing uptown, underground rare and Northern Soul tunes, and Life Leisure will be leading movement classes and a Stockport heritage walk!
Our heritage walk will take place 1pm-2pm, and we will have a seated exercise session 2.30pm (around 30 minutes).
